• Delivery time of the product

When the product is delivered:

If you pay by credit card, your order will be shipped within 4-7 days after your order is confirmed. If you pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped within 4-7 days after your payment is confirmed.

This does not apply during the New Year's, Obon, and Golden Week holidays.

• Return and Refund Policy

If our original product stand adapter does not fit your bicycle, please return it.

If you receive a product that is different from your order or is defective, please return it. However, for HABYS products, the warranty will be as stated in the product description.

For returns, please contact us in advance by message, email or phone number. We cannot accept returns without prior notice, so please understand.

Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the item and return it by cash on delivery. Please understand that we will not accept returns after 2 weeks and the first day.

• Product sales conditions

We only accept domestic shipping sales.

If we are unable to secure stock, we will post a notice on each product page indicating whether the product is up for sale or no longer available.

• Charges other than the product price

Shipping charges for our original products are free of charge.

For HABYS products, shipping charges will be charged according to the packaging size/weight.
